Common causes
Connection problems usually come from one of these:
- An unstable or slow internet connection
- Multiple bots in one party
- A game mode that does not support bot lobbies
- The bot still booting up or temporarily disconnected
- A temporary FNLB or Fortnite service issue
Quick fixes
- Restart Fortnite and the FNLB App
- Switch to a wired connection if possible
- Keep only one bot in the party
- Use a supported mode with No Fill
- Wait for the bot to finish booting before inviting it
- Try again in a few minutes if the service is busy
If the bot keeps disconnecting
If the bot drops repeatedly:
- Stop and start it again from the FNLB App.
- Confirm it shows as Available before inviting it.
- Remove it from the party and friends list, then re-add it.

If the issue continues, check the FNLB status page and the FNLB Discord for announcements. When asking for help, include your platform, region, bot name and a short description of what happens.
