Open your category settings
In the FNLB App, go to My Bots and click the gear icon on a category to open its settings. Categories share their configuration across every bot inside them, so this is where you tune behavior for a whole group at once.
General and cosmetics
The General section covers how the bot looks and searches:
- Cosmetic Search Language - which languages the bot uses to match cosmetic names
- Platform - the platform the bot appears on
- Privacy - the bot's party privacy
- Status - custom status text and update interval
- Cosmetic Customization - default outfit, backpack, pickaxe, shoes, sidekick, banner and emote the bot equips on start or when a member joins
Permissions and command restrictions
Decide who may use commands. The Command Restrictions section can limit commands to owners, admins, whitelisted users, friends, party members, or whisper-only use.
Related settings in User Management let you add extra owners, admins, whitelist and blacklist users. If a command seems to be ignored, confirm it is not restricted - see Commands are not working.
Limits and behavior
The Limits and Behavior section controls matchmaking and party behavior, including:
- Max Bots Per Party - how many of your bots can sit in one lobby (and separate limits for owners, admins and whitelisted users)
- Allow Matchmaking and Leave After Matchmaking
- Disable Matchmaking Checks - match with more game modes (bot lobbies are not guaranteed outside the default modes)
- Accept Friend Requests and Accept Invites - auto-accept friend requests and join requests
- Run Commands Without Prefix, plus cosmetic without-command and prefix options
Note: Disabling checks never enables Ranked - ranked matches never support bot lobbies.
Triggers and custom commands
The Triggers and Actions section lets you fire events on specific occurrences and create your own custom commands, so a message like !hi can trigger a reaction or run another command.
