How to Verify Your FNLB Account

Why Verification is Required

Account verification helps protect both you and the FNLB service. It confirms that you own the email address you registered with, reduces fake accounts, and is often a prerequisite for accessing certain features or creating more than 1 bot.

The Verification Process

1. After registering, go to the "My account" section and click on "Verify email".
2. Click the link in that email to confirm your address.
3. Once clicked, you will be redirected to a confirmation page, and your account status will update automatically.
4. You may need to log out and back in to the FNLB website for the change to take effect.

Didn't Get the Email?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there:

• Ensure you entered the correct email address in your account settings.
• Try requesting a new verification email from your account dashboard.
• Some email providers may block automated messages; consider using a common provider like Gmail or Outlook.
