# FNLB command: whisper

Sends a private message to a friend.

## Usage
`whisper <Friend's name or ID> <Message>`

## Parameters
- `<Friend's name or ID>` (string, required): The friend's name or ID to send the private message.
- `<Message>` (string, required): The message to send to the friend.

## Example
`whisper Friend's name or ID Message`
